The pitch
Discreetly installed behind the bar of the 427, the young bartendercan take pride in listening to restaurant customers and lounge customers when it's time to sip a cocktail. A few years ago, the young bartender Johann Millias joined the 427 team and took over this position, to the delight of the guests. His will ? Reconciling creations and classics in a readable and accessible menu for customers.
